The team sets up general routine: to follow up maintenance according to schedule, forming a report, and record in a software management.
Service Call center
CCall Center is the main Service operator that will receive all calls for Data Center emergency and attempting to solve problems with customer immediately to prevent substantial damage. If problem may not be solved via phone, we will send on call Service Engineers on site within 3 hours according to our Quality Control Procedure.

Supervisor support
Should any case such as PM or CM Service Team can not solve the problem or satisfy customers' needs within time given, customer may call Engineering Service Manager to arrange an alternate solution.
