Sales ExclusiveJob Descriptions and Responsibilities• Developing customer relationships and providing customer services to new and existing accounts. • Selling enterprise product solutions (IP Telephony, Network Components, CCTV and IP Camera, Precision air condition and related applications) • Understanding customers' requirements and formulating customer solution proposals in coordination with the technical team. • Investigating and resolving customer problems and other related issues. • Maintaining on-going contacts with existing customers and ensuring their satisfaction. • Conducting market surveys and providing feedback to the management for further product and channel improvements. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or above in Business Administration, Computer Business or related fields. • At lease 0-2 years experience in sales of enterprise communication solutions or IT products. • Being knowledgeable of the IT and Telecoms market: PBX, contact centres, IP Camera, Data Networks, Networks or related fields. • Familiarity with multi-national company operational behavior will be an advantage. • Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills. |
TechnicianRequirements:• Male, Thai Nation age between 18 - 35 years. • vocational certificate or higher in Electrical, Computer or any related field. • At least 0-2 years of experience in IT systems. • Experience in CCTV, Computer Network and Access Control is preferable. |
